Yes. Our tiles are suitable for outdoor and wet-area applications, including pools. The Carlo Scarpa Terrazzo collection can be produced with an R11 anti-slip rating, making it ideal for pool surrounds, showers, and other high-moisture environments when properly specified and installed.

Each tile features solid natural marble integrated into either a high-strength Portland cement base or a flexible mosaic mesh. Using mineral pigments for lasting color, the tiles are hydraulically pressed and cured, then rectified and honed to a smooth matte finish for maximum durability and visual refinement.

Routine maintenance is simple:

• Use pH-neutral, non-abrasive cleaners only
  
• Avoid acidic or harsh chemical products
  
• Wipe spills promptly to prevent staining
  
• Reseal periodically based on traffic and exposure

For interior installations, a matte wax finish may be applied for added surface protection and longevity.
