Each breeze block is individually handcrafted using high-strength cement, fine aggregates, and precision molds. Instead of coarse casting, our blocks are formed with hydraulic presses for increased density, cleaner lines, and smoother surfaces. The result is a refined screen block suited to modern residential and commercial applications.

After pressing, the blocks are water-cured to ensure durability and long-term structural integrity. Because they are air-dried and not kiln-fired, breeze blocks offer a sustainable alternative to conventional masonry products.

Professional Installation Required: Breeze block installation should be handled by an experienced mason and supervised by a licensed contractor. Larger installations must be reviewed and approved by a structural engineer. These blocks are decorative and not intended for load-bearing walls.

Foundation Preparation:

• Foundation must be clean, level, and capable of supporting the wall’s weight
• Use conventional cementitious mortar (white mortar is available)
• Mortar bed should be approximately 2 inches thick

Setting the Blocks:

1. Momentarily submerge blocks in water before installation to prevent moisture loss from mortar.
2. Begin installation at corners or pilasters, working inward.
3. Use a 3/8" to 3/4" grout joint.
4. Insert steel reinforcement (e.g., epoxy-coated rebar) every 3rd course for 7.5" blocks.
5. Build in small sections. Allow mortar to partially cure before adding additional courses.

Structural Notes:

• Do not exceed 9.8 ft (3 meters) wall spans without vertical support (e.g., steel H-beams or pilasters)
• For heights above 8 ft (2.5 meters), include lintel or horizontal supports
• Use integrated block channels to anchor steel dowels or rebar for added strength
• Always consult local building codes for compliance

Curing Requirements:

• Mist the installation 4–10 times daily for 5–7 days to ensure proper hydration
• Wait approximately 30 days before applying paint or additional finishes
